Da yawa daga cikin jama’a na rasa rayukansu sanadiyyar hatsarin mota, wasu kuma sukan samu kansu a mawuyacin hali da kan iya jawo musu nakasa a jikinsu ko kuma doguwar jinya. Mafi yawancin hadarurruka ana alakanta su da lalacewar tituna ko kuna gudun wuce sa’a da direbobi kan yi, ko kuma yin tuki ba tare da bin dokokin hanya ba.

A wasu lokutan, hadarurruka na afkuwa ne sanadiyyar rashin bada cikakkiyar kulawa ga ababen hawanmu. Jama’a kan nuna halin ko in kula ga lafiyar ababen hawansu. Wasu ababen hawan kan nuna alama idan wani bangare nasu yana bukatar gyara ko kulawa, yayin da wasu sai ana lura dasu akai-akai.

Ga kadan daga cikin hanyoyin da za mu iya bi mu kula da ababen hawanmu:

1. Lura da tayar abin hawa a kowane lokaci tare da la’akari da yawan iskar da ya kamata a buga

2. Tabbatar da lafiyar birkin abin hawa musamman kafin amfani da shi

3. Duba yanayin da giyar abin hawa take ciki tare da samun tabbacin aikinsa

4. Tabbatar da cewa fitilun abin hawa suna aiki

5. Saita madubi yadda ya kamata da kuma yin aiki da su a lokacin da ya dace

6. Duba inji da sauran bangarorin abin hawa da suke bukatar kulawa ta musamman

7. Yi ma abin hawa gyara na musamman lokaci zuwa lokaci

8. Mu kasance masu nutsuwa da maida hankali yayin tuki, kada mu nuna halin ko in kula saboda zaton sauran masu ababen hawa sun san ya kamata

9. Mu kasance masu bin ka’idojin hanya kuma mu rage hanzari akan tituna

10. Mu guji amfani da waya a yayinda muke kan abin hawa
Mu zama masu takaita gudun abin hawa dai-dai da yadda doka ta tanada akan titunanmu

11. Mu kasance masu ba wa sauran ababen hawa hanya idan doka ta basu.
12. Kar mu zamo masu son kai a titunanmu domin rashin hakuri na taki kadan ya sha janyo hadura da cunkoson ababen hawa akan tituna.
