Cutar Hepatitis Ta Fi Kisa Fiye Da Sauran Cututtuka A Afirka- WHO

Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya (WHO) ta yi gargadin cewa cutar Hepatitis ta fi kashe al’umma a nahiyar Afirka fiye da cutar Zazzabin cizon sauro (Maleria), da Kanjamau (Aids), da Tarin fuka (Tuberculosis).

Hukumar ta bayyana hakan ne bayan kammala hada alkalumma akan yaduwa da kuma dakile cutar wanda ya nuna cewa kasashe uku kacal a cikin kasashe 47 ne suke kokarin kawar da cutar yadda ya kamata.

Bayanai da hukumar ta tattara za ta yi amfani da shi ne a taron cutar Hepatitis da za ta gudanar daga ranar 18 zuwa 20 ga watan Yuni shekarar 2019 a garin Kampala da ke kasar Uganda.

Daraktar hukumar WHO na Afirka, Dr Matshidiso Moeti ya ce Bayanan da aka hada shi ne irin sa na farko da aka bi kowacce kasa a Afirka, domin bibbiyar yanayin cutar saboda a ceto rayukan sama da mutane miliyan biyu da ke fama da shi.

Hukumar ta kara da cewa kiyasi ya nuna yanzu haka a duniya mutum miliyan 9.9 suna dauke da cutar Hepatitis B mai tsanani.

A bangaren yara, a shekarar 2015, bincike ya nuna cewa yara yan kasa da shekaru biyar, uku a cikin dari na kamuwa da cutar, sanadiyyar rashin yi musu riga-kafi lokacin haihuwa.

Kasarnan tana daga cikin jerin kasashe masu fama da mutane da ke dauke da wannan cutar musamman a yara. Sauran kasashen sun hadar da Benin, da Central African Republic, da Equatorial Guinea, da Guinea, da Liberia, da Mali, da Sierra Leone da kuma South Sudan.

Wannan yasa hukumar WHO ta fitar da wani tsari ma kasashen Afirka da zasu yi amfani da shi, don kawo karshen cutar Hepatitis B zuwa shekarar 2030. Hakan zai yiwu idan kasashen suka rage yaduwar cutar da kashi 90, sannan suka rage mutuwar mutanen masu dauke da cutar da kashi 65.

A duk shekara, ana samun akalla mutane 200,000 da ke mutuwa sanadiyyar cutar Hepatitis da sauran cututtuka da suka shafi hanta a nahiyar Afirka, don haka, hukumar WHO ta gargadi kasashe da su maida hankali wajen gudanar da gwaji da bayar da maganin cutar.
