Masana kimiyyar ruwa sun tabbatar da cewa, yana da muhimmanci a sha ruwa da safe kafin aci komai, domin hakan yana taimakawa gangar jiki wajen dawo da karsashin da aka rasa idan anyi barci.

Wasu daga cikin amfanin ruwan  sune:

1: Ruwa yana taimakawa wajen rage raɗaɗin ciwon daji da kuma gangar jiki wajen rarrabe abinci.
